Refund Policy

To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

If you cancel:

  • 60+ days before the event: 100% refund (minus deposit)

  • 30–59 days before the event: 75% refund (minus deposit)

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund (minus deposit)

  • Less than 7 days: No refund

 

One reschedule is allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 60 days in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a small fee and are subject to calendar availability.

If we are unable to fulfill your event due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including your deposit.
